Yes, I like martial-arts. It’s not only great to shape your body (it keeps you fit!!), it’s also a good training for your concentration. I learned how to focus and to be authentic with my feelings. Let them out in a controlled way — this helped me to achieve my goals. And it’s a good feeling to know that you are not the weak victim if somebody attacks you. It’s always good to know how to react and you will need a little training to do it in the right way. Otherwise you are likely to do the wrong thing and that could easily harm you.
