Yes, I like martial-arts. It’s not only great to shape your body (it keeps you fit!!), it’s also a good train­ing for your con­cen­tra­tion. I learned how to focus and to be authen­tic with my feel­ings. Let them out in a con­trolled way — this helped me to achieve my goals. And it’s a good feel­ing to know that you are not the weak vic­tim if some­body attacks you. It’s always good to know how to react and you will need a lit­tle train­ing to do it in the right way. Oth­er­wise  you are likely to do the wrong thing and that could eas­ily harm you.
